I looked into this a couple of years ago (found a medical supplier for the TENS unit because it was cheaper). Someone from LH can correct me me but the major difference is the connectors. However there are a couple of 'specialist' suppliers out there who sell adaptors so you can mix toys between boxes. Of course the suppliers tell you not to but as long as your boxes have similar outputs (and you start of carefully) ... electricity is electricity
There are then different setting for the boxes (but you can get different TENS units that do different things).
So back on topic, the most I have spent will be the TENS unit and attachements.

Well... lapis lazuli was always pricey stone, for millennia. It was highly priced in Egypt or Mesopotamia and many ancient civilizations. I love that stone. I have 2 sets of earrings with lapis and they are both stunning.
