My g spot makes my leg do something weird

So I recently found my g spot and ever since then, I’ve been using dildos more and I’ve noticed when I do, my right leg like shakes. It kind of reminds me of what dogs do when you pet them and they shake their leg. It’s very involuntary and I can’t control it and I find it very bizarre. Does anyone else have this?

Yup. Think its pretty common actually as ive seen it in porn too. Usually get it when im really turned on and near cumming, one or both of my legs will pick up a tremor. Sometimes i get it after ive climaxed as well.

Yes - I sometimes get the shakes as I approach orgasm and during it, although with me it tends to affect my hands more. It’s quite usual and nothing to be concerned about. A lot of nerves are going OTT when you get seriously stimulated/start to come. :slightly_smiling_face:

It’s a common occurrence referred to as Myotonia.
Tension builds up around the Muscle’s during sex due to a certain Chemical release. It can be controlled by drinking water or eating foods with Potassium.

Yep, if things are going great sometimes much leg trembling, don’t mind that… annoyingly though can also be going great then cramp! :woman_facepalming:t2:

As @DanceswithPenguins says though, potassium helps with not getting cramp.

@DanceswithPenguins narnas then :ok_hand:

I do eat bananas every day for breakfast. How many do you suggest I eat?

@sharbur As many as you can until you feel :nauseated_face: :wink:

On a serious note, staying hydrated throughout the day helps as does stretching muscles similar to what some one would do prior going for a long run.

I’m not actually a fan of bananas (no double entendre intended!) and no idea how much potassium they contain. I just pop a potassium pill pre any long sex session (or any mass exercise routine like a full day out competing). I don’t take them daily though as too much potassium can be harmful so maybe don’t head out to clear the supermarkets of ALL the bananas this morning! :rofl:

If you’re just getting the shaky leg and not the cramp I wouldn’t worry, it’s when it stops play that it becomes very irritating! Until then, your partner just knows he’s hitting the right spots and sending your muscles into spasm :+1:

Completely normal it just means your really into it:joy:

That could just be a muscle spasm which is normal when orgasming as all your muscles and nerves down there pulse and tense. Some men when they climax got all weak at the knees!

My legs do this, not all the time but most of the time they do. It’s only ever happened with my husband and only recently when we’ve been doing new things and started using lingerie, bondage and toys from LH and even more when we both cum and orgasm at the same time

I get this too not all the time but it does happen and once we have both finished and lying cuddling my legs will continue to randomly twitch for a good 5 mins.

I hate cramp…I get it at the worst moments…doggy style is particularly problematic for me…I try my best to ride it out so I don’t scree up my wife’s orgasm…but regularly have to try and style it out my straightening my leg while in full flow!
