Needs advice :/

Hi :)

Right basically, I've been with my boyfriend since college and have never had an orgasm! I no, its a shock!

Is there an amazing vibrator that anyone would recommend?

Not overly expensive?

And easy to use for a first timer??

Ive read a lot of the reviews but not really sure what to look for!

Anyone have any advice for me????

Thanks ;) xx

Hi and welcome.

Its not a shock, it took me few years since I started to become sexually active to get a first orgasm and it was actually with a vibrator. The first question is what is your budget? The second is do you prefer clitoral or internal stimulations? My first vibrator was actually Lady Lustfinger, which is very cheap and has multiply spead. May be good idea to go for something with multiply speed in general, as some prefer weaker, some stronger vibrations and if you never tried it, you dont know what suits your needs best.

Budget about £20 (student funds are rubbish) plus i dont want to spend a fortune if it doesnt do the trick.

Ummmm...i like clitoral a lot, but only if its done right if you get me? But internal is good too :)

Have you ever ogasmed through masturbation? if not it may be easier to experiment on your own before bringing you boyfriend into the mix, it's one less thing to concentrate on.

The tracy cox 3 speed bulet is really easy to use, you just press the button on the top to stop, start and change speeds. its fairly stong and is nice and simple. i've reviwed it myself. http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=18534

getting an enhancing balm might make it easier to orgasm, though you don't have to use them every time if you don't like them.

There's the bombshell balm lovehoney make http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=18566

or a flower balm at the same price http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=11492

If you would like to go with the bombshell balm there is also a bullet set which would work out cheaper, and is the same speeds as the tracey cox http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=17715

How about something like this:

Very powerful, easy to direct exactly where you need it, takes a single AA battery and you can always get cheap squidgy sleeves to chuck over it if you want something a bit varied

I think the sleeve comes off this: http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=16031 or you can take the vibe out of this and use it over the rocket: http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=14878

These are very good suggestions. The basic range is great value and powerful but the bottom 2 are disposable.

I'd suggest this also: http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=9670 It's still one of my favourite toys for clitoral stimulation. Only issue is that it eats through batteries but nonetheless amazing value.

My first vibrator was also the Lustfinger as mentioned above. It's a great starter vibe. http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=319

I'd also recommend trying out a vibrating cock ring for use with the partner. It made a big difference for me. This is just £1.99 and excellent in just trying out- http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=14798

They have bumper packs too:- http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=15585 or the cheaper http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=18949

Let us know what you choose and how you get on. Welcome to Lovehoney by the way. =]

I think sex toys can help aid the process of getting to know your body and what you prefer. There are some people that don't like the vibrations but that's why there are variations and also the shapes help with stimulation. I don't think there really needs to be a specific order in how to learn more about your preferences.

I think that's why the great value basic range can really come to play wonderfully. They are perfect for experimentation on a budget and gives an idea of what you do and don't like without regretting the purchase.

With toys I pushed my original boundaries with my partner and tried out various other ways of incorporating it with our time together. It really made a big difference especially knowing that we had the mutual feeling of wanting to pleasure eachother by trying new things.

Oh, I do agree that there isn't a quick fix for an orgasm but we can always have fun trying to get there. =]

What about this?

My first fabulous toy was a Lovehoney Silencer 2.0

It was pretty big for me at first but with abit of lube it hits all the spots and feels fantastic

If you like clitoral stimulation its also great for that, the vibrations are very good xx

Then again I guess it depends on if you prefer vaginal penetration or clitoral stimulation, aswell as where you like the vibrations xx
