New Email Addy verification mail

I am trying to change my community email address and have added the new one but never get the email to be able to verify the new address. I have tried resending the address a few times over a few weeks and have added another address via a different mailserver but that isn’t getting the verification emails either. Any ideas how I can confirm my new email address?

It may be worth contacting customer care and seeing if they can help?

If not, @Lovehoney_Brenna might have some ideas when she’s back in.

Also, daft question (that I’m sure you will be doing) but you are checking spam/junk folders too :+1:t2:
