Hi, new member, tried reading in a little, probably done things in the wrong order, but wow, what an amazing place. For example, things I’ve never heard of. Is there a dictionary of terms or expressions, and abbreviations. Should add I’m in the later stages of life.

What terms are you struggling with? There isn’t a list as such, as others have said, but anything you’re unsure of, just ask. People are happy to help. There are a few topics that get posted with really confusing acronyms which I find myself having to Google and usually then pop a post in, in case others are also confused. There are a few like OH (other half), SO (significant other), FWB (friend with benefits), etc that het used a lot and you just get used to but anything you don’t know, feel free to ask :+1:

Thanks. One question. Hidden profiles? Is that a sub group of profiles, or a friends only?

Nope, it’s just a tick box within Settings > Interface on your profile to have your profile hidden if you choose to.
