Newbie to sex toys...

Hello,

I'm brand new to sex toys and I wanted to get a vibrator. I'm so naive on the matter that I thought vibrators were more for internal play, but apparently they're most for external. So apparently a dildo would be more suited, but I'm gay and I don't want a dildo that looks like a penis like so many are. My questions are: Can I still get a vibrator to use internally? And can someone recommend a good vibrating dildo/vibrator that isn't too monstrous and suitable for a first timer to sex toys? Preferably latex free (allergy!) and as quiet as possible.

Thanks a bunch ;)

I think the aluminium range from pipedream will be right up your street as they are non penis like and can be used as a vibrator or dildo let me see if I can find a link.

They're also super quiet

I'm a lady. Haha. Maybe I should have mentioned that. Thanks anyway!

My maximum budget would be around the £15 mark ish.

Haha, yes, don't think you're after a prostate massager! Sum Sub's suggestion are great but for a lower budget and not especially penis shaped this has a fairly good selection:

You are probably on a voyage of discovery. Other's experiences might not be as good for you. Trial and error can only build your experience, awareness and preferences until you find what suits. Good luck in testing.

Ohh sorry :D my best mate describes herself as a lesbian not 'gay' so I jumped to conclusions, my fault :P Peithos got the thread you'll need Xx

Hi! I'm a newbie as well and I also don't like the super penis-on-a-stick vibes. It seems like the more expensive toys are much more abstract than the cheaper ones, but Tracey Cox vibes are both moderately priced and largely interesting shapes.

I just ordered the Lovehoney Slimline G-Spot vibe, which is a small egg on a stick, essentially. I just put in the order today so I can't speak to its quality, unfortunately.

How about the Lovehoney Silencer Waterproof vibe? It's £16, if I recall correctly, has variable speeds, is supposed to be very quiet, and can be used internally.

Good luck! I'm interested in this topic myself so I'll probably be checking back to get some good recommendations on next month's purchase.
