Hi I’m newbie and have purchased lots of toys to try out with wife butt purchased the womaniser premium and it was a turn down not a turn on lol it’s not working properly or broken as it doesn’t do what it says on the box and the reviews the total opposite louder then any toy we have had and no sucking no air or are we using it wrong auto setting is like it’s not turned on very disappointed any suggestions be welcome thanks

Mrs Chimp thinks the Premium is a great toy, but it took her a few goes to work out the right technique. Every body is different though, so unfortunately everyone can’t like everything equally. One person’s guaranteed orgasm machine can be the next person’s ‘Good Lord! Why! Why did someone make this?!’

Position is key to the suction toys. They work really well if you can find just the right spot to place them, and then keep them there with a good seal (a little lube on the rim of the head helps with that). Mrs Chimp also found it really useful to sit in front of her wardrobe mirror when trying to work out how to use her first one. It let her get a proper look at exactly where she was placing it, and once she’d figured that out she could then find the sweet spot much more easily just lying in bed as normal.
They can make a really loud slurpy noise when practicing, which isn’t great , but that’s when you don’t have a good seal. If it’s in place properly it should make more of a softer ‘put-puttering’ noise.
The lower levels can feel like they’re nothing, but actually that can be deceptive. Often, if you get the position and seal correct, you may think it’s not doing anything, but if you leave it a minute or two you’ll start to notice that it is… You will likely still want to up the intensity, but I’d go slowly through them to begin with, and let each have a chance to show you what it can do.
Though the Premium model also has a couple of extra features that may muddy the waters. The Smart Silence only activates the toy when it’s in contact with skin, which can make people think it’s not working. The Autopilot can be good, but I’d save that until you’ve mastered manual.
It also comes with two different head sizes, and some people definitely have a preference, so it’s worth trying both.
It works by moving a little plate up and down, which changes the pressure in the head canal, which in turn pulls and releases the clitoris. It’s very subtle (though incredibly effective for a lot of people ). That doesn’t mean you haven’t got a faulty one, but if it’s making a good awful slurping noise when you’re working out where to position it then it’s probably working.

Welcome to the forum. I personally have the womanizer premium. With these sorts of toys, you have to make sure you are putting it in the right spot and have it go at the right speed. Personally I have to have it on the 5th setting since I’m a power queen and anything under 5 wasn’t enough for me. I also have to spread out my vagina so my clit is fully exposed before I use the toy. Many people get the silent technology mixed up. It’s actually means when the toy comes in contact with you, it turns on and when you take it off, it turns off. It doesn’t mean it’s silent. Mine is quite loud and I have had mine for a few months now and it’s always worked fine. Just something to note. You can always contact customer care if you are not happy with the toy and you can sort it out with them.

Hi there & welcome. It took Mrs PB a few attempts to get the right head and right position/pattern for her womanizer but is so pleased that she did !!
The advice team are really good here and will be able to help identify if there is an issue with the toy or if indeed its just a bit of practice needed.
Mrs PB also found some useful instructional videos on a porn site - they are worth checking out even if this not your sort of thing as they show best way to use the toy for best effect - and boy - what an effect

I was also very underwhelmed by the womanizer premium on my first few uses but it takes a while to get the hang of it. I have to say I’m glad I persevered because when I finally got it just right I orgasmed instantly. Now I’ve got the hang of it, it’s one of my go- to toys for instant guaranteed pleasure!
I would say please don’t give up on it yet, try it with lots of lube and in different positions to get it on the right spot on your wife’s clit. I found putting one leg up on the bath was a good spot and choosing different settings, pushing it against and away from the clit really helps the air blowing sensation. I still find it very noisy - reminds me of a helicopter and it was so distracting at first but when it made me gush after getting it right, the noise definitely fades into the background!!
