Have you noticed changes in your nipples after routine use of nipple suckers?
I noticed mine are more sensitive, and even though they are not a lot larger when I have not used the suckers, as I get closer to orgasm, they get much bigger.

Never used before but I often wondered if it’s why some men get like udder titties or is that more down to hormonal increase through gym stuff?!
That’s usually seen in men who are over weight, and older. It is because excess body fat limits testosterone production and the men get man boobs.

I slept in increasing sizes of nipple suckers for over 2 years and my nipples are now permanently enlarged and very sensitive.

I have been using super pliable nipple suckers for about two years . My nipples are a bit bigger , but mostly they are very sensitive . I like many older guys are getting old man boobs a little . Not from being fat , the opposite . But due to my caring for my wife and back , hip and shoulder pain I have been limited to how much physical work I can do and not maintaining muscle mass .

I have experimented with the LH perfect pair ones and like them. Funny thing though, I have been using my home brew thing, a pair of small plastic squeeze bottles that I bought for applying lubricants to small mechanical devices. They are soft and the openings fit nearly completely over my nipples. I wear them a couple times a day for 15-20 minutes, and have seen a change in my nipples size and sensitivity.

@rockstar Hi,i am now on the largest XXL 15m.My increased size remains constant both on my breasts and enlarged and sensitive nipples.A consultant friend of my wife’s friend with the Sissy husband says that if the natural increase continues like it is which is far better than normal atb the moment surgery would not be needed to achieve a nice pair.However she also said if we did go down this route i could end up very well endowed indeed.All fuel for thought.I am extremely happy with the look and results at the moment.We have also informed our friends that it is not for medical reasons for my changes but it is because i want to look and be more feminine.Everyone is supportive and it seems a couple of the guys are quite jealous which was a little surprising.
