Hugs are not a bad thing, even more so in a situation where you dont know how to help.
To be honest i get more angered at people who say they understand or try to help when they dont get it. Even when their best intentions are at heart because all i sit thinking is 'you cannot even begin to understand what im feeling so why try and make it ok?'
Hugs help, sometimes when im hurting i just need someone to hold me and say 'i dont know how its gonna be ok, but it will be cuz im not leaving'
