As long as the relationship stayed "friendly", then I might. Unfortunately, I tend to fall in love with men I have sex with so I guess it's a no,no. But in principle I don't have a problem with it.

I'm sorry, but why would someone class a hand job as being a "good deed" or helping them out? I would say no, good friends don't try and take advantage of your friendship, and they've got their own hands to use.
I've actually had this offered to me more than once, I happily accepted everytime. Felt no different from doing it to myself and nothing changed between us afterwards. It is definitely different when people aren't single though.
