From a givers perspective the full head movement is good for not numbing the tongue as well as firm pressure. Unless some stubble has grown through, then a telling off is imminient

I’ve always been quite preferential to giving head to a guy with a prostate massager in and going intentionally slow to make it so his focus is still on the toy and any twitches or movements from the teasing makes it more intense. I usually perform a combination of movements when I give my partner head.
