If love Honey can’t cope with a huge business then reduce profits and employ more staff.
24/7 does mean 24 hours 7 days a week. It’s a known fact.
Thanks for your 2p

@Calie is right, it unfortunately looks like an hour is probably too late to fix your problem on this occasion.
I’ve attached the info from the website and I’m assuming ‘immediately’ probably means within the 5-10 minute range. It also states if your order has started processing, they can’t amend, which is sounded like yours already had. Customer service has stood by their terms and conditions and they advised correctly.
It’s not about how many staff they have. It’s about the logistics of holding parcels or searching through 100s to find one, which could be at any stage of the packing process. Customer care team members won’t be allowed to run around the warehouse looking for stuff and if they have to pass the message on, that just add delays so it will probably still be too late.
Honestly, you are taking your frustrations out on the wrong people. You became highly defensive straight away and all people tried to do was help.
Well an hour it took to wait with the bot running live chat, that sent an email that waited for a response.
That’s not exactly 24/7 support.
I’ve added the suggestion to The great big suggestions thread to ask that LH considers adding the specific product size to our order confirmation emails.
Hopefully something positive and productive may have come from this
@JoCat Yup very good suggestion
Probably time to all go home now
Think I need to open the prosecco
Think I need to switch from tea to whiskey and get my cats up dancing
@Delazouch point for next time, double check before you buy.
Once you click buy it’s in a queue to be picked, packed and dispatched like all online providers that it’s quite impossible to stop.
Yes your frustrated that you couldn’t stop it but unfortunately most businesses have a very slick process. Just return the item when it arrives for an exchange / refund
Not wanting to pile in, but I’d order the right size now to avoid the wait and return the first for a refund.
