Orgasm releases hormones that are natural pain killers so it makes sense that it would help period pain. The other day when I was on ladies week my boyfriend was playing with my nipples and I could feel myself cramping down below! Hormones are incredible things!
Yeah I find there is nothing an orgasm can't cure! From headache to illness to period pains... orgasms seem to be the way forward ;) xx
This sounds strange but they day before I'm due on I'm so horsey it's untrue and we do it every time and my cramps never seem as bad.
Also having an orgasm help a headache!! I suffer migraines and it does ease them off for a few hours so ladies no more excuses :)
My wife likes it when she is on her period... again its because it helps with cramps / longevity
They need to produce orgasms in tablet form...

Although it doesnt really help me with my pain, it does help me relieve some of the extra horniness I feel when I'm on my period so I do this quite often :) Always good! x
Since my OH told me orgasm helped relieve the pain, I never stopped helping.
