Curious to try this, don't have any problems with erections but would be interested to see what happens. Anyone tried?
Yes gives me the worst headache ever
Yes, as we're swingers he uses a pill before a meet, and they really do work. Tried Viagra, Kamagra, Cialis and currently using Sidenafil. Not much difference between any of them but the effects last for hours (not permanent erections, but easy to get hard and stay hard when needed).

problem being its a vasodilator but not clever enough just to dilate blood vessels in penis and does all. Be warned dont take it if you suffer with high blood pressure or cardiac issues as could cause stroke etc.
You shouldn't be taking any medication like this without consulting your GP first
Doesn't give me headaches but terrible indigestion pains fo a couple of days. They do work though you certainly get hard again fast and the next morning...well 
I use Horny Goat Weed.I find that I'm still hard even when I've shall we say "arrived" lol.
risky if you don't have any ideal what side effects it could have and any underlying medical conditions you may have either (known or yet undiscovered) could have serious consequences.
