An orgasm with a full bladder is amazing, intense, and feels really different. Quite addictive really.
But with me anyway, there isn’t a chance in hell I’m going to cum without releasing pee. I will lose control. My husband loves it, and I love the intensity, so it is something we love doing.

I’m sort of similar to @KinkyMira , except if i have a full bladder, I can’t orgasm until I’ve been to the bathroom. My body just declares a full “nope!” on any of that business

As a Penis owner, a post sex wee can feel very intense and akin to a 2nd orgasm for myself…..
Also as a penis owner, if I know I have to pee before we get going it can be hard for me to orgasm as I’m distracted and/or have conflicted instincts between preventing any release from bladder vs relaxing to let my orgasm happen.
We both pee before having sex so not much chance of doing this and to be honest I wouldn’t want to. I have enough trouble trying not to fart let alone worrying about peeing myself.
