We started with the Lovehoney Advanced Unisex Strap-On Harness Kit with 7 Inch G-Spot Dildo, don’t be scared off by the word advanced it’s perfect for a beginner, also as you do get more advanced the harness comes with bigger o-rings to take a larger dildo, we are still using this harness now just with bigger dildos

Personally, I’d say there no perfect beginners strap-on. We went through 3-4 different designs of strap-on before we found one that was mutually enjoyable.
Any with the changeable rings are brilliant (never do for the ones where toys are held on by poppers!)
Otherwise, I’d suggest to find a toy you enjoy and then add it to a new strap-on

I would suggest that you start with something around average penis size. Maybe 6" ling and 1" - 1.5" diameter (3" - 4.5" girth). For smaller dildos we find harness briefs to be simpler and more comfortable.
Use plenty of lubrication too.
If its your first time pegging and youre not sure etc, dont spend any more than £35/£40 on a harrness because youll not be toupset about throwing it away if irs not for you.
Also, youll want to set the harness to you when youre not trting to have sex with it, because it can be a bit fiddley and time consuming.

We have the below and it can be used on most toys. It is a vac-u-lock which would with compatible toys. Very well made and comfortable. Easy to clean and fits both male and female.
