Is the extender smaller than your member when erect? Reason I ask is some of them in a shop I looked at did look like it. So it would be tight to go on

Start with the Mega Mighty 1” then go from there. It stays in place with the ball loop. See my review J5 on the product, but I am above average in size and it fits well and adds the extra 1 inch length and bit of girth. My OH enjoys it and is in our rotation. We also have a few larger from the same line, they have a 2” a 3”, and one that adds 2”to length and girth.

We originally tried it because hubby suffers with intermittent ed. When hes alright hes plenty big enough for me. Not sure if the open ended one would be solid enough for penetration with him only getting a semi though as we did try one like that from a competitor and it was too floppy.

The Mega Might 1" Silicone is now my #1 recommendation in Penis Extenders and has a real good amount of stretch to it. I find it’s the easiest of all that I’ve tried to get on - it’s soft and flexible enough to turn almost fully inside out, a little lube inside and it’s really easy to fit over my penis. I’m 6.5-7" long and 5" girth and it fits very comfortably.
All the other mega mighty line (2 Extra inches, 3 Extra inches, Extra Girthy) have been fiddly to get on requiring a strong erection, plenty of lube, and some suction physics to assist in putting on. I would say the others (Mega Mighty, at least) are more or less the size that they are - there’s a little give such that you need to be hard, lubed up, and squeeze the air out first to help get them on, but they’re more structured than the silicone.
The Mega Mighty 2 Extra Inches was my go-to for a couple years but last year it started feeling wet/slimy every time I took it out of where we were storing, even though it had been put away totally dry. I think it must have made contact with the wrong toy at some point (weird, as we store in cloth bags, but sometimes they get thrown on top of a shelf to dry before putting away) and was chemically melting/altered. I was wondering if any other Peyronie’s guys had had success with sleeves/extenders? my bend is pretty severe and i can’t see how i’d get the thing on, particularly as they appear so inflexible. Is it worth a try?
I can’t speak to Peyronie’s specifically, and obviously the severity of the curve would influence, but my experience with the The Mega Might 1" Silicone is that it flexes quite nicely and I think would mold to your shape.
The rest of the mega mighty (soft plastic) line has a little more structure to it (not enough that they function particularly well flaccid, but if you grab it by the end you could hold it horizontal without much droop) and might not fit on a significantly curved penis very comfortably.

I love the open ended sleeves as they still give a bit of sensation but at the same time take away some so I have to work a little hard for that ultimate reward of cumming and my wife gets to enjoy a bit more of a ride.

The first one I bought was the Mega Mighty 3 Extra Inches with Ball Loop. When I opened the box, I was a bit worried as it was huge compared to me.
