Don't you all think it's time OA had a section for reviewing porn films? I have to rely on Bliisbox reviews and a lot of the time they're useless! DVD's can be pretty expensive so it's good to have an idea of if you're going to like it before you buy. What do you guys think?

I did offer in the past, sort of bespoke review, you ask, we watch and review(I think?) wouldn't think that anything concrete will be put in place until LH starts selling R18 through its own foreign arm of the business (a small office in Spain of Amsterdam) or couples up with a decent overseas supplier. However, following the blissbox model and charging an arm and a leg for piss poor feature films would be pointless.

Yeah good idea! But LH don't really sell R18 vids, so I suppose it's not really in their interests. Wish they did though!! Hint hint!

Yeah I'd definately buy them cos I feel that the reviews on here are more helpful than most other sites.

I feel that the sadly part is that LH would love to sell quality R18 on the site, be it by themselves, a self owned subdidiary, or, through a seller/distributor with no current affiliations.
Sadly all this is the BBFC and Ofcom reign supreme.
Sorry but I am too tired to go into a rant about censorship...
But when you hear some bigwigs say that the red button on sky, with its pin only access is good enough to protect from the currently grisly and violent crop of generally poor genre of shock-flicks yet not strong enough to protect from porn, I despair.
Not for the loss of more widespread porn (my chum -was going to say 'mate'-seemed seedy though?- is a distributor), but having read much of their offerings, both of these quango type institutions make far too many circular arguments with barely a premice worth of inclusion.
Have been away a while, but again, if anyone needs help ala choices genres reviews please don't hesitate. We both love porn, have our faves and have access to some large producers at short notice, though not all by a long way.

Well in this modern age if you have broadband access then the age of buying porn dvd's is over. There's a lot of full length porn movies online with good quality. If you know where to look that is

I think it would be great if LH did something similar to what they're doing with the Erotic Book Club, but with DVDs! I'd DEFINITELY be up for that, there's soo not enough decent porn around!
