Aside from all the great advice that's already been provided, a good way to locate the prostate for the first time is to insert your finger (with plenty of lube!) approx 2-3 inches inside. Curl your finger upwards and you'll feel a firmer area of tissue. Rubbing this area with some pressure will cause great pleasure.
