I think the quietest clit toy we've used has to be the Flash. It's more medium strength, but it's little hooked nose is really good at getting it just in the right place.

The Tango and the Desire Bullet are probably the best bullets on here (with the Mantric Bullet not too far off). I don't find them especially loud, but they are louder than the Flash. I think there's definitely a link between power and noise, so you have to balance it out against how loud you think too loud is.

We do have the Svakom app-controlled love egg, and that's very quiet. I can't say if it's any good though, as Mrs Chimp finds all love eggs a bit 'meh' as the shape isn't targeted enough for her.
