I recently posted a review on my bathmate purchase which went live on the website, but a few days later completely disappeared, any reason why this could be?

Id suggest contacting customer services. There has been some issues with reviews not showing

@ToysRusDevon I reckon the team, are still trying to get data and things sorted out.
I have also been noticing a LOT of duplicate reviews on various items.
I don’t really like the review reading now that all the writing is just bunched up into 1 space. It’s just more pleasant to read when there are paragraph breaks, especially for the longer, more details reviews.

I did a review recently and it was not the normal process, maybe they are updating things.
@Davy_Brown i posted it, confirmed email and a few days later it was there on the site, then a couple of days later it was gone, and hasn’t been there since

I’ve noticed that too, (very often I’ll stumble across the same review twice).
Just to let you all know, my review is back online again, strange stuff, Internet goblins I think!
