That is odd! i asked LC before placing my order if it could be done, they added the egg manually after i placed my order

French Fancy, calm down! Don't be so hasty! You go from "will think about swapping over to another company" to "great customer service as always" when you get your way and get a free gift worth £50ish. Calm yourself! You got your way in the end anyway and I'm sorry but it really peeves me off when people diss a company and threaten to leave and then when they get their own way they are smiles and light again. I'm sorry if it sounds harsh but when people moan about a company this much and then declare them the best ever after getting their own way it really irks me. And if you placed the order before Alice posted about the tenga egg deal then surely it's not anyone's fault and you shouldn't point the finger of blame??? I bet when Alice talks to customer services she will refrain from posting such great deals in the future because of the mess a couple of customers cause because of a bunch of free eggs! Next time they'll decide it's not worth the hassle and not post any special offers at all because of customers who just want want want and don't listen to reason. Sorry but that's just my opinion *growls in anger*

Oh my, is all I can say. I do take your point thank you. maybe next time why I reply I will choose my words differently.
What I was trying to reinforce was the fact that LH will always try to accommodate the customers, I have in the past not been given the special offer and have accepted their decision.
I was just trying to put across how disappointed I am sorry if I have offended you but that was not my intention.

Lucky you, IrishRose! You're not supposed to be able to combine discount codes in that way (your 25% discount code and this eggs50 code). Our customer care adviser you spoke to didn't realise this so added it for you, but we're not supposed to do that. It's not how the discount system works - just like if you have a 25% discount code and another for 10% you can't combine the two for 35% off.
Apparently customer care is being inundated now with people trying to do the same thing after seeing it here - oops! This was a one off error, you just got lucky!
