I have spent the last 2 years (almost) enlarging my male nipples by sleeping in progressively larger nipple suckers.
They are now very sensitive all the time but even more so when stimulated. They also become larger and firmer when stimulated.
I can now orgasm through nipple stimulation.

Mine are not small but not large. They are pale pink in colour but unfortunately are not at all sensitive. My husband can suck and play with them as he loves my breasts but i hardly feel a thing.

No not always. Usually a change in temperature, they respond rapdly to sudden cooler temperatures.

My wife’s nipples are about the only part of her I ever get to touch . One moment she says she feels nothing , the next even touching them is too intense . She has neuropathy in her feet and hands , maybe that effects her nipples too ? I use nipple suckers for sessions of about 25 - 30 minutes once or twice a day .
