As @Mr.MrsW has stated you can’t name competitors on the Lovehoney forum. If you have a look at the topic, Are you comfortable in an adult shop?, I think you’ll find loads of people’s experiences of similar shops. I don’t know the one you specifically mentioned but they seem to be a fairly main stream chain.
Basically, just go in and look around, same as any other store. Any questions, the staff are usually really friendly and wont make you feel awkward.
