A lot of the inflatable dolls here on LH are very well made, it may well be worth starting off with them before moving on to the more expensive ones, just to see if using one is actually for you.
The Penis pumps do have an instructional guide with them, however it is best to do some research on the interwebz as to the best way to use them and for safety guidance. The general consensus is that they should be used for short periods daily.
Cock rings come in different sizes, again LH do sell different sizes if you are unsure as to what size to get. As with the pumps any discoloring, pain, swelling-Non erection-you should stop using them, use less.
The Penis pump should enable you to get an erection, the ring should help you maintain that erection, that is what they are designed for. If you find that either work speak to your GP they may suggest alternative therapies.
