If you are selected to test something either from the tester list, forum thread or something top secret they all get sent to the address on your account only exception is if you win something off an LH Twitter comp and i think blog comps too where you'll get asked to provide an address.

But I think if you have your account set up to deliver to your post office then that's what happens with testers too

We rather send testers to a home or work address as local collect needs to be booked and without checking every address I send to I am not aware of this.
So we run the risk of the order being rejected.
