Similar to the Desire App me and my partner use Spicer. Primarily it's an app to 'match' and discover fantasies, desires etc however it does have a challenge section where you can allocate points to customisable challenges and also set rewards for achieving X amount of points. It's less of a game and more of an app to use to find out more about each other but worth a mention.
