I love my glass plug but holy cows how can I be such a clumsy mess with it!!
I for the third time I’ve now dropped my current plug while washing it!.. this time it fell in the sink so not quite a floor bounce but still I’ve now noticed a small fracture inside the shaft of it and the base… no chips thankfully and all is perfectly smooth still around where the fracture is, so I think it’s like an internal crack.
Now what would you do, is it still ok to use or am I tempting fate on this and should get another new one to be safe??
I wouldn’t. I had a fright the other day as my metal water bottle dropped off my bedside and hit my gkass dildo, but i couldn’t see any chips. If you can see damage, I’d replace it. It’s better safe than sorry.
Yeah absolutely don’t use it. I ordered a glass toy recently and it arrived with a large internal crack. I got a replacement. Apparently even if the outside is smooth an internal crack can shatter the toy.
Except for a waitress long ago on my 1st wife’s bday out. The waitress didn’t care if my wife had an unexpected hospital trip.
They brought her a drink and the rim of the glass was chipped and it looked fresh, not older as it wasn’t worn down and smooth.
I asked them to bring her another drink in another glass and the waitress said no.
I must say that bothered me so I got up and went to seek out the manager and it was resolved for us then.
For all we knew, the broken piece of glass may have been in my wife’s drink (it was either a margarita or a daiquiri, I can’t remember but we couldn’t see the small piece of glass in it, if it was in there and we didn’t want to take any chances.
Tempered Glass can have some strange reactions, I can remember years ago the lastest thing was smoked glass cups and mugs and they would explode for no reason. Definitely bin it.
Former Emergency Medical Technician here . Get rid of it ! I myself have not seen this particular product fail , but others I know have told me stories of other kinds of damage with broken glass and anal damage . I promise it is not worth the risk .
I think it’s a unanimous no from the forum! Not that you need my opinion now but I’ll add my ‘no, don’t use it’, to the list! It’s really not worth the risk, replace it with a sparkly new one, yes, it costs money but it’s better to be safe
