Yeah, I've never received the special offer emails. There's a significant glitch in the delivery to some addresses. If you catch wind of one you can contact customer care and ask for it. They'll check your account to make sure you're eligible, and if so they'll let you know what the code is. The trouble is I have never had any idea of what the offers are, or when they're running, so no idea what to ask customer care about.
