I have both. Even though I haven't had the squishy wand long, it's already rivaling my Mantric wand which I hold in high regard.
Power wise, the Mantric seems to have more power on its highest setting. I'm not sure if this is due to the Mantric having a firm head, though. I tend to like mid range vibes, so high powered vibes are irrelevant to me anyway. I think the Mantric technically has more range because you can increase/decrease the power on each setting, but the squishy wand has a good selection, too. The vibes on the squishy wand seem well balanced (not too buzzy or too rumbly). However, I haven't gone through every setting yet; I'm finding it difficult to get past level 2 without wanting to race to the finish line :P
I think the Mantric is slightly quieter except when it rattles loudly against something hard like another toy or your public bone. But the squishy wand keeps the same noise level no matter how close you hold it.
I love how squishy and soft it is. I think it's liquid silicone with a hard core in the centre. I compare it to squishing your face/cheeks and being able to feel the bones underneath (yes, I know that's a strange comparison...). So, yeah, give your cheeks a squeeze. It's like that.
I don't think I could pick one yet. I really like them both. I'm sure you'll be happy no matter which one you choose. The squishy wand is DOTD today for a good price if that swings it for you. Good luck.

I con recommend the Desire Weighted Silicone Dildo - it's some of my favourite toys when pired with a bullet.
