Seriously though, both partners know what they are getting themselves into, and do it of their own free will, so I have no problem with this.
My feelings about this sort of relationship are much the same as about any relationship: as long as it's all open, honest and consentual then it's dandy, I think it's only wrong if one person is using the other through dishonesty and manipulation.
