Everyone else is right - it’s a very personal thing. May be the receiver’s preference around texture prevents swallowing, or if there’s something in your chemistry that’s just disagreeable at the taste level. If there’s something there that just can’t be overcome, that’s just a matter of consent. But hopefully there’s a fair faith effort to give it a shot and then say, “I love you, but it’s not for me.”
