Think there is a difference between volume and length of orgasm for enjoyment. I can orgasm multiple times while staying inserted - as long as everyone is having fun … just never heard a partner complain after a long weekend about volume.
I can only go by what our doctor told us when we were trying to have a baby, he recommended abstaining for a few days ahead of the target few nights and cutting down on alcohol.
Depends on the quality of the sperms not the volume of liquid produced as I understand it.
