Only way isn’t it @steve19, there have to be lines that cannot be stretched or broken …. I come from a Family that had and still has lots of connections with the military, so that is where I get it from …. the difficult part is getting the balance right between being a firm (but fair) boss and being known to be able to relax that when the time is right love, and somehow I think my boys and I have managed that love
