@zombifiedguy Im sorry to hear you’ve been feeling so low. Regarding:
It’s now within the rules to sit on a park bench and chat with one other person. Is this something you could do? I know it doesn’t sound much but I did this with my mum last week (took a coffee) and it really gave me a lift.
I also have my first vaccine booked for this week, Friday, and am hoping I don’t react badly . I’ve read that ‘younger’ people tend to react more to the AstraZeneca but not sure what counts as ‘younger’ in that context!
I got the Pfizer vaccine two weeks ago, no reaction but has left OH’s arm bruised and tender where she got it. Been told will have a reaction to the 2nd jab, get it in May.
AstraZenica for me back at the end of Feb. i felt knackered the following day but that was all and within 48 hours was back to normal. Hopefully the bad effects only effect a small number of people
I’ve had my vaccine a few weeks ago. I had the Pfizer one, a few minor side effects but nothing awful. Tired and a bit confused for some reason but then I have ME so tiredness and brain fog is my usual state so I guess this wouldn’t be unexpected! Hope it goes OK for you all x
I could’ve had the jab weeks ago, made appointments and then I cancelled. I don’t know what’s stopping me from getting it done. I have no valid reason at all.
Just had the Astra-Zeneca one about 90 minutes ago, as i tend to sleep on my stomach or left side, i asked for it in my right arm, so if i get the painful arm, it shouldn’t affect my sleep.
Going to work on very little sleep this morning… woke up at 3am to the cat deciding to give me a present of a poor little mouse. I managed to get them both down the stairs and to the back door but then lost the mouse. I’m guessing behind the washing machine. Going to work knowing there’s a mouse in my kitchen somewhere and I can’t deal with it until 3pm
