We have a tiny storm going through. 60mph winds and rain. Going to be wet well into next week but at least its good fpr the garden.
Has been incredibly chilly right from the word go here. Hasnt actually warmed up for more than a few days since winter as the wind is like ice.
Yes, it’s great for the garden, everything is a mass of green right now but our grass is so long it looks like a field! Trouble is it takes so long to dry out enough to cut it properly. On the other hand, it’s great for insects and pollination so we’re doing our bit for nature!

Here in Norwich we had a MAHOOOOSIVE hailstorm yesterday, with thunder and lightning. It batted down so hard I thought the roof slates were going to come off! V. pleasant today, though.

The ignite balm is also really nice. Probubly my fave as its not drying.

There have always been those that will oppose logic and Medical evidence, the internet has just given them a pathway to share and convince others of there misguided ignorant beliefs.
There is no medical evidence to say vaccines are long term safe. In a slightly longer time period I have been in contact with a couple of hundred people a day, the first six months with no ppe and questionable social distancing. This ‘evidence’ shows I’m immune? As a professional tester, I know that some things take the physical passing of time to test. The vaccines simply haven’t had this. Medical evidence shows that by taking a particular vaccine you have an increased chance of blood clots and death. Previously it was thought ‘safe’ as the passage of time hadn’t been long enough and the sample size too small to reveal this fatal flaw

Just seen my team, Miami, lose by two in OT. Jimmy B didn’t have his best game.
I genuinely though Miami would go further. Jimmy normally carries that team through games. I just want my beloved Knicks to win

Jimmy and Bam both had poor games and it still went to OT so the signs aren’t too bad. Duncan Robinson made some insanely difficult 3 points baskets look easy

My reply was in response to a previous comment and past similar occurrences. That said whilst I appreciate and understand what you have said regarding today’s vaccine, and to some degree I agree, the formula used has been around for many years, what they did was evolve it by adding new variants to see how it would react/respond. Overall they found that it did have a positive effect.
I will not argue that some have experienced adverse reactions that would be true of all medications administered, that is not something at this stage in medical advancement that can be avoided.
It is a shame that GUV-Not taking sides-Did not give the full facts relating to the vaccination, signs and symptoms to look for post injection ect. In a way that everyone would understand.

As i think you know i’m local to you, cordial was what posh people called squash round here! I have a friend from here who i’ve known since childhood, she now lives in Scotland and she confused me by saying she drinks her vodka with juice! I had to ask, and she said juice is pop in Scotland!

That’s my fall back after cream soda! Coincidentally, i first tasted Irn Bru in Scotland in 1973, i cracked my forehead open and had to be stitched up in a village doctor’s house/surgery! The Irn Bru was a reward for being a brave boy!

been wondering if you go to certain places, pubs all-sorts, not over thinking at all 
she’ll of forgotten squash n replaced it with juice which now I remember sounds posh too 
Think we need some kind of slang page where people state local slang n others can try working it out.
