Hi @MsSubExperimenter I have no knowledge of compressing video but have just search and found this Download Video Converter Free. Convert 40+ video file format. It looks like its free and open source so may be worth checking.

I am really struggling to view the reviews on the main site. Now it might just be me, the internet has been hideously bad round here for months now with no sign of them fixing it anytime soon. Is anyone else having this issue?

I cannot see reviews but that is something to do with my settings which I need to sort out. Could it be your settings?
