I decided to submit feedback to them about it.
Had a reply that made me laugh! They sent an A4 SAE and asked for the product to be returned ![]()

They expected there to be any left to return ![]()
Well quite ![]()
I couldn’t resist sending a reply/filling in a contact form ![]()
it went something a little like this:
*I received a response through the post with a complaint reference and a Freepost A4 envelope to return the product in. The products were distributed at Christmas as intended. The box also would not fit in the envelope.
I’m not sure quite how you would like me to proceed?
Feel free to email me if it’s easier and more cost effective than sending a response through the post.
Kindest regards*
I mean, common sense anyone? ![]()

Just realised that the inauguration happened on Martin Luther King Jr Day… someone somewhere has a twisted sense of humour!
Definitely… rights are been removed
Mrs W here …
Yes, @Latino_Caliente , once used to London commuting, it is a science one never loses although you may get a bit rusty … the other day a giant tried to push past “the little woman” at the base of the escalators and got “the ankle tap” as he dashed past … just managed to stop 'imself going arse over tit, but I am sure he will think twice in the future…
xx
To everyone in the uk I wish you all the best over the coming 36hrs as we ride out the storm that’s coming.
Our local supermarkets shelves got emptied with panic buying. I hope you are all better off. Let’s just hope the electricity doesn’t go out so we can be chatting as we count the cows as they go by.
@Long-John-Silver Thank you. I’m right in the red zone and our work is still apparently opening tomorrow soooo we’ll see if the roof lasts!
I’m in the Scottish Red zone and I’ve decided to work from home. A perk of being the boss and self employed ![]()

@Long-John-Silver Same here
I’m still waiting on a 9pm ‘we’re not opening’ message ![]()
I forgot you are East Coast. That just means us Westies get the rain and you get what’s left over ![]()

Well done @Craig1234 … come to think of it, I could use a chainsaw in the morning commute … ![]()

Mrs W here …
@steve19 … Thank you Steve, hope you have a good, safe day too. Yes Pen is joining us for the drinks tonight and I dont know how that will go, because as usual after a drink or 2 she gets a bit “cock-happy”, but I am trying to save myself for her… so for those 2 reasons I want us both to be a bit horny for when we get home … xx
Good luck to everybody over there . Over here it has mostly been the fires in California and snow all the way into Florida , and the other Gulf Coast states . My friend in California sent me photos of his location . No fires real close to him , but the smoke from far away fired got delivered by the Santa Ana winds . He is on oxygen and the particulate count was so high , even with his O2 assistance his O2 readings were extremely low . My neighbor’s house is finally getting repaired from our bomb cyclone in November . I am curious how many of you had a power bank or generator ? Younger people near me seem to not be prepared for power outages from storms , or have alternate heating like wood stoves .
Very few in the uk will have a portable genny. Ive got a log burner but thays because am part arsonist and love watching real flames… no i havemt been to LA just …
Yeah generators aren’t really a thing in the U.K. in homes, a lot of our power lines are underground so not at the whim of weather, fires etc and we don’t get major earthquakes.
We rarely get power cuts, but if we do, they last maybe an hour, unless it’s a very unusual weather event. So battery powered lights are used, and a lot of homes have gas hobs and gas fires, so we can manage.
Hi @Oldman We don’t have a generator and most folk in the uk will not have one either. We are lucky we have a log burner so can at least stay warm.
