Rest assured (no pun intended) that I will sleep, six hours minimum. I get nagged if I donāt get enough of it. He knows that Iām pulling a late one and he knows why. Itās been a bit of a funny week but Iām pulling it all up to speed. Thankyou for your concern

Shops still do this 
A certain shop sold my parents a very expensive cable, I went back to the shop and told them that it wasnāt acceptable to sell a expensive cable for what was needed. Expensive cables are never needed they either work or donāt work.

Yeah i had done my research beforehand and knew i didnāt need to spend megabucks. I could see the disappointment on the salespersonās face when i said i already had a cable.
Had a similar thing in the 80ās when i needed a new exhaust on my car, a MK1 Fiesta-Ā£20. I went to the local garage and they were all sitting playing cards, i told them what i needed and they quoted me Ā£40. I said no thatās the price for a MkII exhaust, but they wouldnāt have it. So i went to Kwik Fit and paid Ā£20. Just cos i was a kid didnāt mean i was naive!

I observed the worst customer service last week in kwik fit. The fitter was not offering any help and could not care less about the company. I am afraid he would not be working for me if i was the manager.
