I don't have the Rocks Off bullet, but from what I see in the video it could well be rumbly (my theory is that the more the toy jumps on the table, the bigger the movement - i.e. more amplitude - and the rumblier the vibrationis. Unfortunately the Bodywand contradicts that :( )

The Happy Rabbit should come up for free again sooner or later (yesterday it was the G-spot version's turn - it almost hurt but I managed to not spend £50 and not get it). Not sure whether you'll like it, though, if you don't like strong vibratioins (more info in my review). (Unfortunately I haven't had a chance to feel the Tango yet, the tester in my local sex shop is never charged, so I can't compare.)

I definitely prefer rumbly over buzzy. I have these 2 FSOG vibes, and I would say they are more rumbly, especially the wand which I really love :) xx

I think a lot of your problem understanding the difference is because mostly the toys you have (IMO) are buzzy vibrations. If you had a toy like the Tango, and held it in one hand and the silence bullet (since they're similar in shape) in the other you'd instantly be able to tell the difference between the two.
