My husband bought me a burgundy leather wrap-around short skirt for Christmas. It isn’t usually my colour, but this is beautiful. Need to decide what to pair it with - it feels like it could be a killer outfit if I do it right!

Lol! I like that joke.
I have worn mine with black lace crotchless tights (the ones that look like they have suspenders). Wore it when we went out for christmas lunch. The skirt was long enough to be decent as long as i didnt bend over. Had black boots on and a sparkly cowl neck fine knit top with a diamante bow on the collar. Hubby said i looked hot.

Might I suggest a matching 1/4 cup shelf bra ? Might be a bit much for going out , but great for a link evening .
One of my friend’s wife still wears a black leather mini skirt . It is not flattering . The problem is that it is the same one she had had for over 40 years , her body is tiny bit different now . As I have been a biker for 50 plus years , my favorite is a black leather mini skirt and bra with knee high boots . If body is appropriate , the low waisted mini and a waist chain . The thought seems to have gotten my heart rate up , if I continue something else will come up .

There is no age limit for a leather/faux leather skirt.
Mrs. T has just turned 68 and has four of them. Sky blue, burgundy, tan and black….. she looks amazing in them when we go out as she is slim with long legs…. worn with sheer seamed tights and heels!!!
Just to mention they are all tight fitting pencil skirts, extremely sexy!!
Also has two pairs of trousers in grey and burgundy, amazing!
