I’m going to try prostate play, and want to know if I need to clean my bum up first in any way beforehand. I ordered a prostate toy which should arrive soon. Thanks.

Recommended yes - while not needed it makes the pleasure more and minimal brown problem

Ideally you should, but I’ve been using toys solo and have never done proper prep for it just because I wash things well after
Usually I’ll do it after poop followed by a shower where I’ll clean a little inside. Sometimes I get a speck of brown but its never been too bad
Depends if you plan on playing with it on own or with someone else!
I usually never bother with douching as I’m always solo playing and kinda can read my body as to if I need to clean down there or not before hand…
Would recommend it, but it depends on your diet really. As far as solo play goes, if you don’t need toilet paper, you likely don’t need to douche. But I always do it out of habit
Be careful to only do it shallow and lightly. Basically that’s all that’s needed. Some folks just take a shower and clean the area. Warning, if you go too deep or use too much water, you’ll end up with a nasty surprise while having fun. Not necessary or worth it.
Neither myself or wife have ever douched. Loo, shower with a good clean and that usually works.
Might get the odd tiny bit but nothing to put us off. With my wife i plug her 1st so when i remove that i get a good indication of what im going into. If im using plugs/massager its straight in and it is what it is but as ive said never anything to worry about.
