Hello everyone. I can’t find information on VAT - is it included in final price? What in case of sending items to EU ? Different countries has different VAT rates. Is lovehoney registered already in IOSS as desrcibed here: https://www.royalmail.com/business/international/guide/delivered-duties-paid-ioss ?

I am not sure my accountant will go for claiming tax back on my sex toys, but worth a try I guess

I think with that type of question, you would be better off emailing customer care. It’s a bit technical for a forum and customer care will be able to give you a full and accurate answer

You certainly don’t have to pay extra vat above the prices in pounds sterling on the Uk .co.uk site. I believe they include vat when ordering for Uk delivery.
I imagine if you’re in the EU you would use the .eu site with prices in euros and it’s addressed there.
Just my thoughts, sorry I can’t give any more definitive advice.

The Lovehoney UK site quotes prices inclusive of VAT for UK customers.
I’m not sure what the situation is with EU deliveries, you’d need to contact customer services.
