Mrs Virtue and I have been talking about creating and producing our own pornography and making it available for the general public so to speak.
Now, we’ve talked about this a lot, and we’re both very into the idea. We’ll still maintain our identity privacy via the use of some beautiful masquarade masks that we now own. (Thanks LH. ) and we want to make stuff that’s really good looking.
So, what are your thoughts? Is it something you’d do with a partner? Have you done it? What would your concerns be? What was good or bad about it?
On a side note, what sort of stuff do you like to watch with amatuer couples? Any niches/desires that you can’t find when you want to watch something? Any advice on filming, cameras etc?
We’ve done a lot of research on cameras and lighting etc but we just want to tap the collective hive mind for information here.
The only observation I would make - and apologies if you’ve already thought of it - is that your shooting location must be anonymized as well. Friends or family members who have visited your home WILL recognise your room(s), furniture, ornaments etc. They will also recognise your voices.
The voices thing is an especial problem IMHO, unless you’re planning to remain weirdly silent throughout. For myself, I really like a bit of sexy chat between the participants in amateur porn. Can’t abide vids in which nobody speaks, and the only thing you can hear is the faint buzz of a vibrator!
We’ve decided that we’re going to create a neutral space to film in, and that if we do use a bed that we change our sheets to something that no-one knows we own.
We’re also going to make sure our little furry animal is well out of the way and that we try to keep things as private as possible.
We’re not 100% bothered about being “outed” as anyone that finds us has to have been looking at what we were doing whilst having a cheeky fondle, but obviously we’ll do our best to not advertise our identity.
Fortunatly the house has a really neutral decor as we’ve only just finished the painting, so we can create a nice plain space that could really be anywhere.
I’m open to the idea. I think it’s good to put yourself in someone else’s shoes - if you were scrolling down a porn site looking for your next flick to turn you on, would it ever cross your mind that you’re watching a colleague? Do you really pay that much specific attention to the actors? Even if you DID spot them, would you put yourself on the line by telling others? I certainly wouldn’t like others to know I’m watching porn and thinking of someone I know…
Add to that the rate at which porn is produced - there are thousands of new videos a day - and I think the risk of being caught by anyone who would definitely know it was you is slim.

Sounds like an interesting adventure. I think the idea of looking for a niche market is good - you can easily create a brand around this. Ultimately it’s got to be something you’re both interested in, there’s nothing worse than a video where the couple lack enthusiasm.
Best tip will be to find a good brand name (username) and keep consistency between shoots. If you want to try something else might be better under a different brand.
My only thoughts against this is to think about whether there might be a time in the future when this could become a potential problem for you; if you’re thinking of standing for prime minister you won’t want a load of porn videos of you coming out the woodwork.

Certainly no plans to become a politician or prime minister so I think we’re safe there. Although I have to say we were a little concerned about potential future little ones and finding out about what we do.
