I appreciate that you want to do something nice for your partner, but it sounds like he’s not very comfortable with toys. This could really backfire, so I’d either look out some sexy lingerie to surprise him with, or else talk to him about what he’d like to try.

If you’re just getting started on using toys together, then going above and beyond crazy on a weekend away is probably not going to hit the right note. As a 40 year old man, here’s a few things I’d enjoy that (probably) don’t overwhelm or cross your stated comfort zones.

  • Surprise him with a new piece of lingerie/sexy outfit that helps set the mood and your intention to be either dominant or submissive.
