I just purchased the Mia and should have it in a week or so (darned international shipping times). So glad to hear you love it and that the charge is reliable. The only 'luxury' product I've ever bought was the Cone, which was useless for me, so I'm excited to have a little piece of luxury that will actually do something for me. I have a feeling if this goes well it'll be all Lelo from here on out until I amass a sufficient collection :)
If you got the black version, that´s the new one (and improved one) and I reviewed it.I can definitely recommend the new version (havent tried the older, just heard the cap is nightmare with that, so I guess thats a big improvement). But the charge is reliable with both I think or someone would say something in reviews.
Silverdrop: I miss the texture of Pin Ups a bit, that was brilliant, but I love Mia nevertheless. Maybe one not luxury, just because it is different would be nice. Still want likely Mona or Elise, but may go for Liv, as it´s cheaper.
I did indeed get the black one, I'm very glad that I read the forums before purchasing because otherwise I don't think I would have noticed that the black was different to think others. I REALLY wanted the purple, reallyreallyreally, as it looks like an absolutely beautiful feminine colour and I've been a bit depressed lately at the fact that I seem to have picked the ugliest possible colors for all the toys I've bought (most of them are black or grey, very boring and they look like household tools and appliances - ironic because I picked those colours for their disguisability). Unfortunately LH don't have the purple and pink in stock with the new motor yet, and as my purchase was a bit of a rush job, I had to go for the black :( It is still very pretty though, but I do just lovvve that purple!

Also on misson to get her in thigh high boots but no luck at all on that front so far ;(
Thigh high boots can be difficult, not everyone is going to be comfortable in them.
Mine are probably the only heels I have which dont make it out of the bedroom, might have done if I had been sensible and bought them in black but I couldnt resist the temptation of bright red.
Definately a fan of red in the bedroom lol. OH claims she hadn't got legs for them but I personally think she would look fab in them. There is just something about boots - higher and shiner the better:)

They should stock them soon, so if you waited next 2 weeks, maybe 3, those would be available. I like the black one though. As purple can sometimes turn pink and I hate pink (honestly). And the black Mia goes nicely with one of my silver/white vibrators. But I like black, as it is gorgeous and classy (ok, I admit I am biased against the "traditional" feminine colours of pink, purple and red. I love green, gold and black External Media
They do say black is with new motor in the desctiption and I always read that, but I agree its confusing.
My partner looked over the budget and decided I could go ahead and buy the Mia and wrist cuffs, but that would have to be the last Lovehoney purchase until after my trip this summer. Though I did secure an exception for grab bags.
The first I need to complete my set, as I just ordered the red collar and ankle cuffs, but the wrist cuffs were out of stock, and the second I want before I take a trip this summer, as it looks like the perfect travel vibe - quiet, small, and could pass for a thumb drive if anyone notices it.
