@Cupc8kes lovely, itâs lovely to get away isnât it? I always get like a child when itâs time to come home crying like a baby throwing my toys out the pram 
@AmyA sounds a bit random but have you tried having orgasms during shark week? The jobs can definitely wait, nothing worse than doing yourself in even more when youâre in pain especially when itâs of the shark nature, hope youâre over yours soon bab

Been on here about half hour n everywhere I go thereâs posts that are half written so Iâm working my way through them figuring out which to post n which to delete. If accidentally posted on the
members we miss page before itâs finished with lots of errors but Iâm in the middle of doing, itâll get posted sooner or later

Yes I have tried that remedy before but unfortunately when I get the headache I canât do much more than sleep, even sitting up makes me feel dizzy and sick so no chance iâm getting off in that state! I wasnât able to work today but luckily the headache has now lifted (for some reason it nearly always lasts 3 days) and Iâm feeling a million times better (if a little drained) Hope you are feeling better now too.

Headache that lasts for 3 days. Knocks you out completely. Treatments donât work. Feel sick and dizzy. Drained afterwards. Are you sure it isnât migraines @AmyA? Those symptoms describe migraines pretty perfectly.

Watching a programme on insomnia thatâs very interesting. Itâs funny Iâm not enjoying coffee as much as normal, it itâs not made perfectly ill not drink it whereas previously its rare a coffee cup wouldnât be empty. Same with food, cheese yesterday I daint like it cos it tasted too strong red leister never used to seem that way. Other foods Iâm craving and taste extra delicious 
if I daint know shark weekâs coming as symptoms are clear Iâd be buying a pregnancy test

Yeah pretty much agree but Dr doesnât think so, I have mentioned it as they ask when you have a pill review. I donât get the flashing lights and I donât usually feel as nauseous, Dr doesnât think it migraines, more stress/sinus pain usually if I take painkillers at the first slight indication it doesnât come to anything but this time the headache came full force out of nowhere

My OH and I are heading off for some time away⌠a little stop off in the Cotswolds today/tonight then on to South Wales tomorrow until Saturday! Looking forward to a bit of a detox and going to spend time away from my phone so will be quiet on here. I guess I better get ready
