Admit I was looking at it for some time and in the end decided to go for it. Should be all for me for some months lol so I can enjoy current toys. Yeh - know what you mean - I once had an old house that I did up completely. Had great fun doing it and made loads of money when I came to sell it on - but then my wife divorced me and took all my money. Such is life.
