I love this bit of music! I remember watching Robinson Crusoe in the school holidays and listening to this now actually brings tears to my eyes of those lovely carefree days!

Yes it also brings tears to my eyes, it’s the nostalgia and memories it stirs for a time that i can never re-live. I got the soundtrack cd years ago and the other incidental music has the same effect. As for UFO it was brilliant, and i had a major crush on Colonel Virginia Lake, played by Benedict Cumberbatch’s mum! All the Gerry Anderson shows had brilliant music!

Oh yes they were certainly lovely happy times. I had a crush on Colonel Paul Foster played by Michael Billington who was also in The Onedin Line and The Spy Who Loved Me but got killed off right at the beginning!
