I wanted a St Andrew’s Cross but we just don’t have the space so I made two spreader bars from broom handles with steel eyes screwed into the ends and a couple of brackets which hook over the top our full length mirror.
The upper spreader bar, for my wrists, sits in these brackets and the lower bar, for my ankles, rests on the floor.
